Jin xuan is considered part of the Oolong tea family as a semi-fermented tea.Jinxuan tea trees are originately from Taiwan. What make it different are the skillful hand movements of rolling, adjusted to the heat and softness or dryness of the tender leaves.

Full bodied tea with distinct floral aroma with a hint of cool minty note. Very refreshing aftertaste. Made up of "one leaf bud" tea leaves. tasted sweet in the first three bubble, and bitter thereafter.

 Jinxuan Oolong may be prepared in a standard full-sized teapot, glass or cups. Cover with relatively warm water [90-100°C] and infuse for 1 to 2 minutes, adjust time, temperature, and quantity according to your personal preference.

Flavor like Tie Guan Yin, fresh aroma lasting for a long time. The tea baked longer time than green tea but shorter than Black tea. Good for losing weight, suggest to drink after meal otherwise your stomach might be uncomfortable.
